Concrete ordering across web and mobile
I translated construction-site research, business rules and data constraints into BCQD workflows released in Germany and the US.

Senior Product Designer · Essen
I map specialist workflows, roles, states and constraints, then turn them into validated product decisions, reusable patterns and rollout-ready web and mobile products.
Case evidence / 01
Four reconstructed case studies show how I frame complexity before polishing screens. Client-sensitive details are anonymized, while roles, constraints, decisions and outcomes remain source-based.
I translated construction-site research, business rules and data constraints into BCQD workflows released in Germany and the US.
Research and validation became detailed feature decisions and reusable standards across ADDISON, SBS and AKTE.
A media-operations system connecting sourcing, rendering, publishing, verification, analytics and safe recovery.
The editing flow connects entitlements, credits, provider cost, privacy, quotas and recoverable failure.
Career context / 02
The cases above show the decisions. These snapshots place them in a broader career across energy, tax and accounting, construction, e-commerce and last-mile logistics.
Context visuals are conceptual. System diagrams are anonymized reconstructions based on documented project work.
I lead discovery and end-to-end product design for EHW+, a digital energy-management product, alongside selected independent web and mobile engagements. I frame underdefined problems through research, testing, workflow analysis and product data, then carry validated decisions into reusable components and implementation.

I owned CX/UX and new feature design across specialist tax and accounting products. Interviews, concept validation, user stories, journeys, flows and high-fidelity prototypes turned difficult expert tasks into buildable decisions and shared standards.
View role depth
I independently drove UX for BCQD, Nexplore's web and mobile concrete-ordering application. I built domain knowledge on site, modelled operational and data flows, aligned technical feasibility and materially contributed to releases in Germany and the US.
View role depth
Pixum offered three ordering paths across products and devices. I combined behavior evidence with a product and device decision tree, compared three solution directions and aligned the chosen routing model with UX/UI, Product, Engineering and Business.
View role depth
With three partners, I built the startup, service model and product from the first concept through market growth. The system connected senders, verified couriers or private drivers and recipients through matching, identity, tracking, insurance, exception handling and a coherent web and mobile experience.

Built the visual judgment and production discipline behind later end-to-end product work.
Systems design / 04
Map who acts, what they know, which state the system is in and where a handoff can lose context.
Connect user value, business viability, technical feasibility, privacy and cost before selecting a direction.
Treat permissions, missing data, provider errors, duplicate risk and recovery as first-class product states.
Define success signals, validate critical paths and let observed behavior change the product and its operating rules.
Decision practice / 05
Every project leaves a visible chain from observation to product rule. That makes decisions easier to challenge, validate, hand over and revise.
Research, product data, support signals, domain rules and implementation constraints.
Actors, jobs, states, handoffs, information, dependencies and failure modes.
Alternatives, success signals and an explicit reason for the chosen direction.
Validated flow, reusable pattern, operational guardrail and a measurable learning loop.
Define which actor, outcome and part of the service is in scope. Record assumptions and what must remain unchanged.
Visualize roles, sequence, data, system states, dependencies and exceptions before deciding what the interface should do.
Make alternatives and tradeoffs visible. Prototype the critical path and the riskiest state, then validate the decision with users, data and engineering.
Turn the decision into requirements, reusable behavior and implementation guidance. Define how the live product will reveal whether the model was right.
Profile / 06
I am a senior product designer, startup co-founder and hands-on product builder with 20 years across enterprise SaaS, construction, tax and accounting, logistics, e-commerce and consumer apps.
I work from problem framing and workflow evidence through requirements, prototypes, system decisions and implementation. My role is to help users, business and engineering see the same product model and make better tradeoffs together.
Earlier roles in art direction and lead design gave me a strong foundation in visual craft, brand communication, digital campaigns and production.
